Hi, I’m Dr. Adrienne! I’m a physical therapist specializing in manual therapy and strength training for active adults—and those ready to become active again. 

I work with runners, swimmers, cyclists, and postpartum moms who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free. 

My goal is to help you get out of pain and achieve lasting results through one-on-one physical therapy that identifies the root cause—not just the symptoms.

Running Assessment

Unlock your potential with a plan uniquely crafted for your running journey. My Runner’s Assessment Package offers a thorough, 90 minute evaluation combining an orthopedic examination, specialized functional tests for runners, and an in-depth running gait analysis. This personalized assessment reveals your strengths and identifies areas for improvement, providing you with a clear, actionable strategy to maintain health and achieve your running goals.

Included in the Package:
  • In-depth review of your training history and past injuries
  • Comprehensive mobility, strength, and stability assessments
  • High-definition, slow-motion gait analysis
  • Customized exercise program tailored to your specific needs

Pain and Injury Rehab

During your initial visit, we'll assess your medical history and perform a thorough movement analysis to understand your body's condition. My tailored services include but are not limited to:
  • Customized therapeutic exercises
  • Manual therapy for muscle release and joint mobilization
  • Running analysis
  • Blood flow restriction training
  • Cupping
  • Rehab for:
    • Hip pain (labral tears, bursitis, SI joint pain)
    • Knee pain (meniscal tears, IT Band Syndrome, patellar tendinopathy)
    • Running-related injuries (runner's knee, Achilles tendinopathy, shin splints)
    • Shoulder pain (impingement syndrome, rotator cuff tendinopathy)
    • Post-surgical rehabilitation (ACL/PCL/MCL repairs, total knee replacements, rotator cuff repairs, hip replacements).

My mission and passion is to get you moving better in your body and back to enjoying your activities and to keep you moving well throughout your life.  I love helping people learn how to take care of their body and I look forward to the opportunity to help you each visit.

My services are mobile (I go to your home/office/gym) or you can choose between two of my office/gym locations (see bottom of page)
